QUICK ANSWERS

Questions?
ESIVA has answers.

Training, food, recovery or a day that suddenly changed? ESIVA is designed to turn the moving parts into clear next steps.

What is ESIVA?

ESIVA is an adaptive fitness, nutrition and recovery system. It brings information about your day together and turns it into practical guidance: what to do now, what comes next and what should change when your real day does not follow the original plan.

What is ARC Engine?

ARC Engine is the decision layer behind ESIVA. It connects signals from your day with planned actions and real outcomes so that training, nutrition and recovery can work as one continuous loop rather than as separate trackers.

Do I have to plan my whole day myself?

No. That is the point. ESIVA builds a daily direction from the information available to it and keeps updating the remaining plan as the day develops.

Does my plan change during the day?

Yes. A meal eaten later than planned, additional activity, a completed workout, a missed session or changing recovery context can affect what makes sense next. ESIVA is designed to recalculate the remaining day instead of forcing you to follow an outdated plan.

What happens if I sleep badly?

Sleep and recovery are part of the context ESIVA uses when deciding how demanding the day should be. A difficult night can affect training recommendations and other guidance rather than being shown as just another isolated score.

How does nutrition guidance work?

ESIVA keeps track of what has already happened and what still remains in the day. Nutrition guidance can reflect your remaining calories, macronutrient targets, planned activity and meal timing instead of treating every meal independently.

Does ESIVA suggest actual food?

Yes. When you want help choosing what to eat, ESIVA can turn the nutritional constraints already calculated by the app into a concrete meal suggestion. The food suggestion works inside the plan rather than replacing the plan.

What is pre-fuel guidance?

When upcoming training makes it useful, ESIVA can recommend eating before the session and show the suggested amount so that nutrition and training timing work together.

How does ESIVA decide how much I should train?

ESIVA uses the available context from your recent training, activity, recovery and the current day to determine an appropriate daily training direction. The goal is not simply to make you train more, but to make the amount of work fit the day.

What if I don't want to do the workout ESIVA suggests?

Then don't. ESIVA is guidance, not a cage. You can choose to create a custom session instead.

Can I create my own custom workout?

Yes. Choose the muscle groups you want to train, how much time you have and the equipment available to you. ESIVA can then build a workout around those choices.

Do I need a gym?

No. Workout creation can reflect the equipment you actually have available. That can mean a gym, dumbbells, simple equipment or bodyweight work depending on the session.

Can I choose how long my custom workout should be?

Yes. Duration is one of the constraints you can give ESIVA when building a custom workout.

Can I choose which muscles I want to train?

Yes. Muscle selection is part of custom workout creation. ESIVA can use those choices together with duration and equipment to generate the session.

How does muscle-load tracking work?

ESIVA keeps a view of how training work is distributed across muscle groups. The goal is to help you see what has been trained, how load is distributed and where attention may be useful next without making you interpret another wall of charts.

Can I follow my progress over time?

Yes. ESIVA brings training load and relevant progress signals together so that progress is part of future decisions rather than only a historical report.

How does Apple Watch work with ESIVA?

Apple Watch provides activity and workout context and can guide the execution of training on your wrist. The iPhone remains the main place where ESIVA brings the wider daily plan together.

Can I pause or stop a workout?

Yes. A workout remains under your control. You can pause or end it when needed.

What if I miss a planned workout?

ESIVA is designed around what actually happened. A missed session should not remain frozen in the past as if it still happened; the remaining day can be replanned around the new reality.

Does ESIVA learn from me?

ESIVA is designed to compare recommendations with real outcomes such as weight trends, hunger, energy and training feedback. Over time, that evidence can help ARC Engine distinguish what appears to work for you from what does not.

Do I have to answer lots of questions?

No. ESIVA is designed to use passive signals wherever practical. Optional feedback can add context, but the goal is to reduce work for the user, not create another daily questionnaire.

What Apple Health permissions may ESIVA need?

Depending on the features you use, ESIVA may request permission for relevant health and fitness categories such as workouts, activity, heart-rate-related information, sleep and other signals required to provide the feature. Apple Health permissions remain under your control.

Can I revoke Apple Health permissions?

Yes. Apple allows you to manage Health permissions from the Health app and iOS settings. Some ESIVA features may become limited when the information they depend on is unavailable.

Is ESIVA a medical app?

No. ESIVA is intended for fitness and general wellness guidance. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or replace professional medical care.

Is ESIVA already available on the App Store?

Not yet. ESIVA is currently in development. Release information will be published on this website when the public version is ready.

How will subscriptions work?

If ESIVA is offered through a paid subscription, purchase, billing, cancellation and eligible trials will be handled through Apple's App Store mechanisms. Final pricing and availability will be shown before public release.
